Manager/Senior Manager - Legal Valuation - BFSI

Handling Mortgages and Security Creation of below division:

- Construction Finance.

- Business Banking.

- Loan Against Property.

- Emerging Corporate Banking

- Assessing the Title Search Reports and Valuation Reports of immovable properties; Providing opinion to the Credit Team / Management on the mortgage ability of the land /building etc., property in question and the nature of mortgage to be created to secure the proposed lending.

- Suggesting Stamp Duties applicable on Mortgages/ Hypothecation of moveable assets and other loan documents

- Experience of drafting of mortgage documents and other security creation documents etc.

- Liasioning with Advocates and valuers on mortgageablity of the property and having a brief discussion on their reports

- Perusing and Drafting of Consortium Mortgage Documents

- Perusing and Drafting of Multiple Banking Mortgage Documents and

- Perusing and Drafting of Sole Banking Mortgage Documents.
