Manager/Senior Manager - Legal - Real Estate (6-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drafting / preparing Leave & License Agreement, Lease Agreement, Addendum, Supplemental Agreement, reports, deeds, contracts, replies, letters and other documents as required from legal perspective.
2. Review and negotiate legal agreements for the changes suggested by the counterparty and get it executed.
3. To draft new agreements and amend existing ones in line with the business changes
4. Coordinating with external advocates when required, discussing on the matters and obtaining legal opinion.
5. Sending and replying to Legal notices
6. Track on the status /outcome of the cases filed by/against a company
7. Liasoning with legal advocates/court for all legal cases filed by or against the company
8. Maintenance of case lists, records & MIS with updation of cases
9. Provide legal inputs, guidance, feedback, and advice on all legal matters
Required Candidate profile
- Must have knowledge of land acquisition and all aspects required for the properties to be acquired.
- Knowledge on preparing preliminary notes on the reports connected with legal due diligence of the property.
- Has handled litigations and compliances - Land and project-related compliances
- Has done a Pan India role and should be okay for traveling
- He/she has worked majorly with Real Estate Developer or exposure for it
- Has dealt with legal councils/ registrar offices
- Female candidates are preferred
- Should be able to read/write/speak English, Tamil and Hindi
Education :
- BA LLB/Masters in LLM
