Manager/Senior Manager - Legal - Leasing - LLB - Real Estate

For one of our client, a Leading Financial Services Firm, we are seeking a Manager/ Sr Manager Legal ( Leasing )

Position : Manager / Sr. Manager Legal (Leasing)

Education : LLB 10 To 18 years exp

Location : Gurgaon

Requirement :

Candidate specially from the real estate background and having most of the experience in leasing agreements.

Role: Following are the key responsibilities and activities to be carried out

- Inspection of the Deeds and Documents,

- Drafting documents such as Development Agreement, Leasing Agreements, Memorandum of Understanding, and Agreement for Sale of Apartment, Agreement to Sale under (MOFA), Declaration, Lease, Drafting Bye laws, Sale deed.

- Preparation of License Agreement, Mortgage Deed, Power of Attorney, Allotment letter, Possession letter, Assignment Deeds, Deed of rectification, Deed of Cancellation of Partnership Deed, Joint Venture Agreements and other commercial agreements/documents as required by the Companies

- Preparation of conveyance deeds, Indemnity and ancillary documents

- Drafting legal notices including public notices

- Applying for the various permissions required under the legal statutes

- Liaisoning

- Registration of Conveyance and various documents.

- Briefing senior solicitors/advocates.

- Liaising with various government, quasi government bodies
