Manager/Senior Manager - Legal/IPR - Entertainment Industry (10-15 yrs)
Job Profile:
Responsible for Drafting, reviewing various agreements,Ligitation and Non Ligitation,Content acquisition and licensing agreements for audio /video; Content Distribution Agreements catering to various platforms, IPR -trademark, copy right.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling IPR and Corporate Legal consisting of and not restricted to :-
- Attending to Company's litigation, dispute resolution and non-litigation matters
- Protection of the Intellectual Property and advising the Company on issues relating to Copyright
- Preparing various kind of Affidavits, LOIs, MOU's, Term Sheets, Infringement Notices etc
- To keep pace with evolving laws & implement the same
- Interacting with PPL and other film /Entertainment industry associations
- Handling a Team of Senior Legal Executives.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 10+ years of experience in IPR specially from Entertainment Industry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
