Manager/Senior Manager - Legal - Healthcare

One of our clients in the Healthcare domain is looking for a Manager/Sr.Manager - Legal profile for their office at Mumbai.

The primary job responsibilities include:

1. Contracts - the candidate should be able to draft / review and formalise agreements.

2. Managing the disciplinary framework for internal employees.

3. Act as a liason between the organisation and various other legal agencies 

4. Preferred experience in rolling out of an IPO

5. Preferred experience in handling medico-legal cases

The ideal candidate should have a blend of both Corporate and legal firm Experience.
