14. 2P and 3P Agreements for manufacturing
15. Transportation Agreement
16. Memorandum of Understandings for various transactions
17. Essential Commodity Purchase Agreement
18. Loan Agreement
19. Non-Disclosure Agreement
20. Joint Venture Agreement
21. Service Entrustment Agreement
22. Share Holders Agreement/Share Purchase Agreement/ Share Subscription Agreement
