Leading MNC firm with business interest in data centers is hiring a Legal professional at Manager/Sr Manager Level at Mumbai location

Ideal Profile

The right candidate for this position should have experience & knowledge of construction related legal compliances and who can build and maintain mutual beneficial relationship, facilitate communication, and can coordinates for approvals and licenses related activities in-line with the respective team.

Key responsibilities

- Support the projects team in drafting and finalization of applications, letters, undertakings etc that are required for obtaining approvals/licenses/registrations and renewals/amendments thereof including those related to building plans, environment clearance, consent to establish, consent to operate, BOCW, municipal corporation approvals etc.

- Coordination with concerned statutory/regulatory/municipal authorities/lessors, as may be required.

- Advise, monitor and report the projects related statutory compliances.

- Assisting with general advice and assistance of Project related matters at application/approval stage till the project go live.



- 8 to 10 years legal, compliance and liasioning experience related to construction and development of commercial projects.

- Preferably with a reputed real estate or EPC organization.

- Knowledge of basic Microsoft office

- Strong internal & external communication skills

- Focus with the ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment

- Eye for details, energetic & hands-on

- A collaborative working approach in teams comprising the client, contractors and other partners

- Good interpersonal skills including good verbal and written communication to all levels
