Manager/Senior Manager - Legal - Asset Management Firm

ROLE:

Our client, a major Indian Asset Management Co., is looking for a Manager / Senior Manager - Legal for its office in Mumbai.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible to deal with the cases filed related to the company, overall litigation Management

- Drafting notices, appeals, claims, pleadings, notes of arguments, affidavits

- Work with advocates, counsels, law firms, customers

- Travel across countries as per the requirement

REQUIREMENTS:

- Candidate with 8 to 12 years of work experience

- Good understanding of Recovery Laws, Negotiable Instruments Act and Consumer Protection act, court procedures and processes

- Understanding of legal documents and terminologies
