Manager/Senior Manager - Learning/Leadership Development - BFSI (7-15 yrs)
Reporting Manager : Global Head - Learning
The role-holder is responsible for the design and implementation of the leadership development framework and interventions for leadership / leadership pipeline development at various levels across the organization.
It would involve the following :
- Design of relevant leadership frameworks / tools and project plans
- Diagnose and develop effective training interventions around the framework
- Execution and training delivery
- Evaluate the impact of training, efficacy of the training interventions and methodologies used on an ongoing basis
- Bring in the contemporary methodology mix in learning and create a culture around leadership development
Education : Post Graduate in Human Resources
Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical) :
- Subject matter expertise in the area of Leadership Development
- Expert in instructional design
- Training design and facilitation certification / experience with mid-senior level employees
- Certified on relevant psychometric tools
- Vendor management and ability to evaluate training content / programs
