Manager/Senior Manager - Learning & Development/Training - BFS/Hospitality (8-10 yrs)
Manager | Sr. Manager - Learning and Development ( Training )
Location - Close Lower Parel or Currey Station
Identifying and evaluating L&D needs of key clients through analysis & management consultation, suggesting design and delivery methodology & indicating a learning path for the target audience.
- Planning/scheduling of fresher training and deployment in the project, post completion of program
- Monitoring and reviewing training effectiveness through discussions with Clients/ Training Heads & other effective training tools/ trackers/ techniques
- Facilitating curriculum planning, designing, course/ content development & performance simulation for customized business-specific training
- Creating & Managing periodical training calendars,
- Enablement Programs: Work with partners for Zero cost programs planned by them for the organisation
- Effective utilization of bench associates through cross-skilling/ re-skilling.
- Handling employee queries regarding career path/progress and role change
- Team oriented - ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
