Manager/Senior Manager - Learning & Development - Telecom (6-14 yrs)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Strategic/Managerial Responsibilities
- Execution of YSB Training Plans for the designated regions
- Enabling Functional & select Behavioral Training Initiatives for the regions
- Stakeholder engagement in the zone
Core Responsibilities
- Facilitation of Training Programs
- Ensure Employee Training Coverage as per defined levels
- Completion of Mandatory modules as prescribed by regulatory and compliance bodies
- Vendor Management
- Liaise with Training Operations and Solutioning Team to drive learning outcomes
- Drive Learning impact and convey back to Business.
- Continuous connect with Stakeholders
- Be a consultant and advise where necessary on Training outcomes and paths
- Manage all training tasks and plan/prioritize in line with Departmental Operating Instruction Guidelines
Risk and Internal Control Responsibilities
- Support the Curriculum team in Content Creation
- Manage training initiatives through partner organizations as well as outsourced training partners
- Calibrate training impact for select L&D interventions
- Adhere to all Training governance norms
