Manager/Senior Manager - Learning & Development - R&D Center - Auto/Electrical/Industrial Products (12-18 yrs)

- Interface with business leaders and the HR Business Partners to identify learning needs for the R&D Centre, primarily in the area of Technical Skills Development, soft skills

- Carry out training needs and analysis studies in association with line managers and leaders to determine learning requirements and possible solutions

- Create & implement Annual training calendar based on the training requirements collected as an outcome of annual performance discussion. Training calendar schedule adherence, Training man days per employee, Training occupancy ratio, Training feedback monitoring. Custodian for maintaining the annual Training budget

- Plan & implement Leadership Development, Management Development programs for HIPOTs, MC members in the organization

- Learning Design : Be able to convert a learning need to a Learning Design that can be operationalized with clearly defined responsibilities and metrics.

- Demand Planning : You will interact with the business stakeholders in the vertical to review and consolidate learning requirements and clearly define your Objectives and Key Result areas. Be able to define programs that have both short-term and long-term business impacts.

- Change Management : Be able to design organization needs into Change Management Projects and operationalize them.

- Project Management : Responsible to implement the delivery plan through sound techniques of project management.

- Learning Concierge Service : Provide personal advice directly to individuals on how they can address their workplace learning & development problems in a way that best works for them.
