Manager/Senior Manager - Learning & Development - NBFC (6-10 yrs)

We are hiring for Leading NBFC based in South Delhi

Roles are responsibilities:

- Should have a deep understanding of the Learning & Development function

- Evaluating individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance

- Identifying training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments

- Developing and delivering training solutions that meet business needs

- Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, classroom learning as well as on-job learning

- Optimizing training processes for efficiency

- Selecting and managing resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training

- Managing the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training

- Managing the New Joiner Induction and their experience for the first 90 days

- Incumbent will be required to facilitate as well as design content

- Track budgets and negotiate contracts

Education: MBA/Post graduation in human resources

Experience Min 8 - 10 years of relevant exp in Learning & Development

Skills & Competencies :

- Knowledge of learning and development best practices

- Strong Facilitation and presentation skills

- Stakeholder Management

- Vendor & Budget Management

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen

- Experience of BFSI / NBFC will be an added advantage

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen

- Knowledge of the new age / digital learning methodologies will be an added advantage
