- Liaison with Business to create Content aimed at imparting domain knowledge to the teams in a cost effective manner
- Undertake regular employee communication surveys to measure & improve Org culture indicators
- Develop and execute the annual plan for L&D

- Training Effectiveness: Continuously source and implement effective training evaluation methods that focus on ROI rather than training activity measurements that create the best ROI, while maintaining acceptable quality levels
