Role is
- To deliver best in class learner experience and impact for center teams with a focus on leadership development including Diversity & Inclusion and soft skill interventions including Leadership and manager development.
- Training Delivery through diff modules like digital, face to face training, coaching incl. time for reflection etc.
- Customized training based on the business needs and methods
- Engage with external vendors where necessary
- Act as the first point of contact for the key shareholder (- be the voice of L&D- ) - ie, local HRBP, employer, supplier, & wider global L&D team.
- Candidate should be from Top Pedigree MBA HR with 4-8 years exp in Learning & Development, will be an individual contributor role and be responsible for training delivery across all levels
