Digital Analytics Manager/SM Manager/ Lead - Bangalore (5-13Yrs)

Role :

- Digital Analytics team in India that provides strategic and tactical learnings for all digital paid, owned, and earned channels (including display, paid search, testing, mobile apps, natural search, onsite search, trading platform, and social). He/she should have the vision, structured thinking and business acumen to see how digital data can lead to understanding audiences, thereby helping develop high-impact, efficient experiences and marketing.

- Paid Channels

- Owned Channels

- Earned Channels

- The major functional focus of this position will be leveraging digital analytics to provide rich business insights. The role will involve close interactions with senior onshore partners as well as local peers to identify collaboration opportunities.

Candidate Description :

- Strong digital marketing and analytics experience spanning paid, owned and earned channels

- Hands on experience in Clickstream, Datalog, Hadoop, Omniture, SiteCatalyst, SAS and SQL

- Understanding of web analytics tools and platforms including digital marketing tools and platforms

- Specific experience with digital analytics (site analytics, digital media optimization, social listening, testing), including some exposure to some key tools such as Doubleclick, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Opinion Lab, ClickTale, Tealeaf, Google Trends, Radian 6 and other similar tools

- Lead a team that analyses and derives actionable insights from a wide range of digital data sources

- Drive learning agendas that tackle the key business questions to which stakeholders need answers

- Strong analytical skills, ability to coach the team on insights identification and succinct communication

- Effective presentation and story boarding skills with ability to handle executive level presentations and discussions
