Job Title - MANAGER/SENIOR MANAGER IT SECURITY LEAD GURGAON
Job Description:
- Identifies Information Security gaps and implements guidelines and procedures to ensure the desired level of information security.
- Detailed understanding of IP addressing, IP routing protocols, Internet technologies and standards.
- A good working knowledge of Information Security including NIST / ISO/ IEC 27001 and related Information Security Management Experience / Certification in review/audit or implementation of security architecture.
- Knowledge of Data Centre, Storage, hardware, network, and Security technologies
- Establishes and controls systems access and security.
- Drive and ensure service delivery through partners is as per committed Service Levels.
- Work with the team and create RFPs for large requirements in the area of Infrastructure and Security, evaluate and shortlist proposals received on the technical deliverables.
- Keeps abreast with all security-related information, directives, and events and takes appropriate actions to ensure security staff are properly trained and equipped to manage potential issues or breaches.
- Strengthen the information security incident management process in responding to and effectively managing information security incidents and reducing the impact thereon.
- Monitor and report on various information security KPIs to the management team.
- Drive information security compliance, liaise with various department to ensure security compliance.
- Perform vulnerability assessment, configuration assessment, SIEM (Security Incident Event mgmt.) , Access Validation, Risk Assessment, Penetration Testing, assist in implementation of various security controls.
