Role and Responsibilities
- Discover excellent talent in the market as per the organization's growth needs.
- Responsible for end to end Talent acquisition cycle.
- Work along with senior management and the network HR teams to develop and implement HR talent acquisition plan and recruting solutions
- Managing the requirements of the service lines within stipulated timelines.
- Proficient in Industry Mapping, Competitor Analysis.
- Talent mapping and market research for tapping right talent.
- Extensive experience in managing Technical Recruitment, Niche Technologies and Leadership hiring.
Experience & Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM - HR
- Experience in leading Employer Branding.
- Strong experience with Social Media Recruiting ( i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter)
- Particular Aptitudes/Skills - Exceptional Communication Skills, Strong Networking Skills, Strong Persuasion Skills, Effective Negotiation Skills, Impactful Presentation Skills.
