- Expertise with managing and maintenance of A/V conferencing and communication infrastructure. - Manage the day-to-day operations of the Corporate IT team and end user services for all company offices (India, US and UK) - Manage all corporate networks, desktops / laptops and servers - Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications. - Experience in setting up multisite corporate networks and infrastructure for seamless global operations - Strong technical understanding and experience with scalable compute and storage management to address and support large scale data analysis and reporting needs of corporate teams across sites. - Strong knowledge and experience of data and network security management practices. Experience with ISMS and ISO audit management is a plus. - Experience in managing Desktops, Laptops and Mobile devices connected to corporate network including user management, software and configuration management, OS and patch management. - Strong knowledge in maintaining business continuity processes by designing and building all infrastructure with necessary backup and fail over mechanisms. - Experience in setting up and managing systems over public and private clouds using virtualization is a plus - Excellent organizational and leadership skills - Outstanding communication abilities.
