Manager/Senior Manager - IT - Automotive Industry

Position - Manager/ Sr. Manager- IT

Experience - Over all 10-15 years of IT experience in non IT organization

- Should have managed team of 3+ team members.

- Should have managed vendors and accomplished at least 2 implementation of ERP or enterprise application.

- Strong in MS Office, working experience in Excel and ppt.

- Working experience in multination company supporting expatriates will be added advantage

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Engineering/ Technology in Computer Science/ Information Technology, OR MCA (Full Time) with certification MSCE, CCNP

Technical Certifications: - IT related certifications (Microsoft, ITIL) - Optional (CISCO, CISSP, VMware, MSCE, CCNP, PMP etc...)

Job Purpose: -

Vision to implement, enhancement, maintenance of Organizations IT infrastructure, Business systems and applications. Implementation of Organization global IT policies. Preparing and implementation of roadmap for information security.

Responsibilities: -

Project Management: -

- Have experienced in implementation of ERP, SAP system, able to analyse, provide effective suggestion, clearly articulate the requirement and standard of the company, strong in coordination and become bridge between business and IT and their vendors.

- To manage and co-ordinate all the IT projects.

- To plan, procure, manage and sustain all current and future SAP and IT (Network, Hardware, software) requirements & projects, pertaining to the business requirements.

Information Security / Compliance: -

- Update/maintenance of PC, Server, Network equipment, ERP/SAP.

- User data backup, Server data backup, data encryption for leakage prevention

- Firewall policy management, Internet content filtering

- Implementation/Enhancement of J-SOX, Global IT Policies

- understanding, announcement and support of ATSG

- IT policy & system's usage policy creation

IT Infrastructure Management: -

- Participation in Global office activities

- Management of SW, HW, SW licenses, IT asset inventory management

- Antivirus management, Domain controller policies management

- Incident management, Business continuity planning

- Should have Good knowledge of domain, DNS, DHCP and group policy

- IT policies implementation in each department

- IT Budget preparation and its proper allocation, utilization, monitoring of variance

- IT helpdesk

IT Vendor Management: -

- Procurement of SW/HW

- AMC maintenance / Network Management.

- To manage and co-ordinate all the IT related projects.
