Manager/Senior Manager - Investor Relations - IR Agency - CA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (6-12 yrs)
A leading IR agency is looking to hire IR professional
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 6-10 years
Education: CA/MBA (Tier 1 institute)
Role and responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end Investor Relations activities of clients
- Presentations/meetings with Investment teams (CIO, Fund Managers & Buy side Analysts) and Sell side analysts to discuss companies business model, outlook and growth strategy for the next 3-5 years
- Complete Understanding of Sectors & Industries
- To conduct Fund Raising activities for clients (from MFs, PE funds)
- Preparation of Investors & Corporate Presentations
- Financial Modelling & Valuation analysis
- Management meetings, Road Shows, Plant Visits, Conference Calls for Fund Managers/Analysts
- Shareholding Analysis and Peers Analysis
