Manager/Senior Manager - Investment Banking

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

- Lead and manage a team of analysts; provide mentorship, feedback, and career development support.

- Review team deliverables to ensure high quality and accuracy.

- Conduct training sessions to enhance team capabilities and ensure skill development.

Project Management & Execution:

- Oversee and execute deliverables related to M&A, valuations, fundraising, and financial modeling.

- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective project delivery.

Financial Modeling & Analysis:

Build and review advanced financial models, including:

- 3-statement models with detailed forecasting

- Scenario analysis

- Capital structure modeling

- Leveraged Buyout (LBO) and Merger models

- Perform in-depth company valuations using DCF, trading comparable, and precedent transaction methodologies.

Research & Reporting:

- Analyze financial statements, investor presentations, and regulatory filings (10-Ks, 10-Qs, IPO prospectuses, etc.).

- Develop insightful pitch books, company profiles, benchmarking analysis, and sectoral reports.

Client Engagement:

- Serve as a point of contact for clients; manage communication via calls, emails, and video conferences.

- Identify client needs and propose tailored research and analytical solutions.

Business Growth Support:

- Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, improving processes, and enhancing service offerings.

- Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new team members as needed.

Required Skill Set:

Experience:

- 7+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or advisory services.

- Minimum of 2-3 years in a team leadership or managerial role.

Technical Expertise:

- Strong financial modeling capabilities with proven expertise in Excel.

- Deep understanding of valuation techniques and investment analysis.

- Proficiency with financial databases such as Cap IQ, Pitch Book, and FactSet.

Soft Skills:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and client-facing capabilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
