Manager/Senior Manager - Inventory & Replenishment - eCommerce

Urgently hiring Manager/Senior Manager Inventory and Replenishment for an Ecommerce Giant with its headquarter in Bangalore. Knowledge in Supply and Demand Planning is required.

Manager - 2018/2019 MBA tier 1 pass outs only

Senior Manager - 2016/2017 MBA tier 1 pass outs only

Job Purpose:

- To ensure stock availability at all times for member fulfilment. To achieve the member satisfaction, he/she needs to do

- Daily interaction with all stakeholders like merchants, operations, store, vendor, 3rd party etc.

- System knowledge for smooth functioning to achieve departmental and business KPI

- Analytical skills to help in quick decision making process

- Manage at least 4000-5000 items for Instock, DOH & Fill-Rate

Requirements:

- Relevant industry experience related to replenishment role (i.e. staples, Consumer durables, FMCG, Dairy)

- Basic knowledge of Retail business

- Ability to handle 1-2 Categories for replenishment

- Good understanding of key Replenishment metrics i.e. In Stock, Fill Rate, Days On Hand (DOH)

- Knowledge of Inventory Planning, ability to understand the impact of ordering on inventory/DOH

- Understanding of Supply Chain processes and related SOPs (e.g. Item Life Cycle, PO Approval etc.)

- Proper understanding of compliance required related to ordering activities, item status/type changes

- Basic understanding of Demand / Supply trends and planning
