International Business Development Manager/Sr Manager:

About the Role :

You will work as an integral team member focused on searching out new business opportunities and finding new clients in order to uncover unmet client needs and challenges that we can solve through our products and services including :

- Build on client relationships and identify potential clients.

- Develop and explore potential business opportunities and needs converting them into actual sales of products and services.

- Develop strategic new business initiatives and increase client base.

- Maintain an accurate and ongoing sales pipeline

- Expand their revenue in accounts through Renewals, Up-sell, Cross-selling Advocacy

- Drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability

- Define the segmentation of the customer base and varying strategies

- Work with small to enterprise level window and door companies throughout America.

- Partner with internal stakeholders at Soft Tech to ensure successful delivery of your deals.

- Close new business deals and work with the wider sales team in a pre-sales process in order to provide good handover to Strategic Account Manager, post-implementation.

What You will Need to be Successful :

- Minimum of 10 years previous experience in sales and business development- particularly USA IT Technologies services industry is preferred.

- Proven, and verifiable track record of building relationships and trust with key decision makers. This will be one of your foundational keys to success.

- Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills as you will need to develop a strong competency of our deployed systems and be able to explain them at a level that would allow you to be considered knowledgeable.

- Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies.

- Demonstrated experience working to and exceeding targets.

- Able to work in an agile, constantly changing environment. If you come alive with variety and challenge, you will love this position.

- A solid understanding and attraction to technology, gadgets and the latest ways to make life and business work better..

- You will need to be teachable, coachable and have a willingness to learn from others. If you always think you have all the answers and can learn from others or follow leadership, you will report to a player/coach leader within the organization who is looking for someone willing to be a part of a team

- Once up and running, you will need to be able to work effectively with minimal supervision as we will not micro-manage you.

Ideally, we are looking for YOU to be :

- 10 years of experience in Enterprise IT services software sales

- 2-4 years of leadership role having direct reports

- Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth

-Willing to work in the US and Asian time zone based on account/territory assignment

-Willing to travel globally

Qualification :

- Must be an Engineer with MBA or qualification.

- Must have handled USA sales from India or otherwise USA experience. Must able to understand software technically quickly. Will have to be self-motivated /leadership qualities
