Job Description:

Audit Planning and Execution:

- Develop and oversee the annual audit plan.

- Lead internal and concurrent audits.

Risk Management:

- Review and monitor pre/post-disbursement controls.

- Assess risk identification systems and recommend mitigation strategies.

- Collaborate with the Risk Management team for cohesive risk management.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to Companies Act, RBI, NHB, and other regulations.

- Develop and assess internal controls for HFC, NBFC, and banking systems.

- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry standards.

Reporting and Communication:

- Prepare and present audit reports to senior management and the Board.

- Conduct special audits and investigations as required.

- Travel for audits across India and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
