Organization: Leading Business Advisory Consulting firm  Location: Gurgaon  Role: Manager/Sr. Manager  Job Description:   - Audit planning, execution, and finalization.  - Manage and mentor a team of consultants, assistant managers and managers assigned to project; execute and complete assigned projects within the time, scope, and budget negotiated with the client.  - Design prototypes and proof of concepts that best fit the client's needs; ensure client's satisfaction until the project is complete.  - Evaluate existing systems and procedures making recommendations for improvement.  - Statutory compliance under various laws such as income tax act, sales tax etc.  - Regular submissions/ postings to knowledge databases.  - Establish & maintain good working relationships with clients (adapt to changed work environment at different clients/ locations).  Experience and Qualification:  - 5-10 years of experience post CA/MBA Qualification
