Job Designation - Manager / Senior Manager

Job Location - Hyderabad

Job Description :

- Play substantive/lead role in in client retention, relationship building, and communication

- Play lead role in internal and external communication/deliverable quality including technical content of reports, proposals, etc.

- Demonstrate high level of understanding of clients business

- Demonstrate strong expertise in industry or functional specialty

- Experience in corporate governance, Enterprise risk management/Risk and internal financial controls

- Play lead role in management planning, economics, and billing

- Sell new and "add-on" business to clients

- Demonstrate deep expertise in atleast one industry and technical expertise

- Manages day-to-day client relationships at executive level

- Is a specialist leader in providing solutions to clients around business risk

- Accountability for marketplace and business development activities including integration with US and other global member firms

- Responsibility to build strong relationships with the senior leadership in the firm

- Responsible for quality and risk management, people management, client engagement for new and repeat business

- Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of the economics of the firm and profitably manages engagements.

- Take ownership for overall people, quality, operations and growth related aspects of the entire practice

- Own organizational processes and contributes to redefining them as appropriate

- Responsible for end to end people development and management

- Responsible for overall delivery management of multiple large projects (Risk and controls advisory) in a given industry sector

- Manages large client engagement teams, mature service offering or a practice unit

Skill Set Required :

- CA /MBA Tier 2 with 6-12 years of experience

- Must have one of the certifications - CA, CPA, CIA, CISA, PMP or CFE 

- Strong orientation toward internal audit (operational & financial controls), risk assessment and other value add services

- Strong presentation and negotiation skills

- Broad-based business awareness

- Ability to develop and build a client base

- Functional skills in ERP (SAP/Oracle/PeopleSoft/)

- Deep understanding of any one industry

- Extensive experience with industry standards and frameworks such as COBIT, COSO etc.

- Global delivery mechanisms preferred

- Strong technical, analytical, interpersonal communication and management experience

- Ability to take ownership on marketing and business development pursuits (proposal development, orals, etc.)
