Working with the head of Training, this role will focus on developing content to ensure error-free execution of the agreed training strategy for Own Retails, across all Circles. The key areas of training will include:
Soft skills:
- CS process training
- Device familiarity & selling skills training
- Mobile Technology landscape
- Work with Subject Matter Experts to identify what students need to learn
- Develop objectives and ensure the content matches those objectives
- Revise and rewrite content to shape it for learning needs
- Structure content and activities for student learning
- Create media to support learning (e.g., visual aids for face-to-face, various multimedia for e-learning and online)
- Develop assessments (note that this does not only mean tests)
- Adapt instructional materials created for one format to another format (usually this is adapting materials from face-to-face to e-learning)
Customer Experience:
- Ensure Customer Experience objectives and targets are met through training intervention.
- Ensure continuous improvement in training strategy and process to improve CSAT and Sales Challenges
Timeliness of content creation & delivery
- Delivering output in largely fragmented and distributed locations
- Familiarity with training content creation processes Knowledge of Adobe captivate and other authoring tools
