Job description:

Knowledge & Experience:

- Around + years' of work experience, and 4-5 years of experience in NOC operations, preferably OTT or Digital media platform product build and support experience with a high availability 24x7 including:

- Experience with JIRA or similar applications used for issue tracking - familiarity with system monitoring applications

- Demonstrated ability to perform complex troubleshooting and resolving issues within an IT, NOC, helpdesk, or call center environment

- Proven success with technical troubleshooting

- Experience with systems and processes, including:

- Network configurations

- Security

- Software applications

- File Movement

- Operating systems

- Performance & System Health Analytics

- Database Query

- Storage management

- Monitoring:

- Synthetic

- APM (Application Performance Monitoring)

- Cloud Infrastructure (Preferably with AWS Soln arch/Associate certifications)

- Video Delivery Performance

- Video Delivery experience

- Mobile Platforms

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

- Network services experience is desired.

Education and experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Sciences with 9 years of experience

- 3+ years' performing troubleshooting and resolving issues within an IT, NOC, helpdesk, or call center environment

- 3+ years' experience working with enterprise network equipment and platforms

- Experience debugging complex problems

- Experience designing, building, and operating large-scale production systems

- Understands networking and messaging, especially between services

- Experience in AWS cloud computing, Blue-Green Deployments
