Where you come in:

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Department Head to build the influencer marketing program for Company.

- You will be responsible for the overall influencer marketing strategy, expansion of our network, performance measurement & execution roadmap across the beauty vertical. 

- You will work alongside Social, Youtube, E-mail, Website, Commercial departments to identify opportunities for growth through influencer lead campaigns. You will be leading a team for owning and nurturing micro and celebrity influencer relationships across categories and regions.

Who are we looking for:

- You are a talent management specialist who is passionate about content marketing. You have a strong network of relationships in the entertainment & beauty industry. 

- You are entrepreneurial, great at networking & partnerships, content-first & result oriented mindset.

- You have a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem and your professional journey includes 7 + years experience across both holistic digital marketing and talent management. We prefer if you are a beauty enthusiast.

Qualifications:

- Minimum education: Graduate in any relevant field

- 7 years of experience with at least 5 years in talent management

- Team management experience
