Position : Manager / Sr. Manager - IR

Location : Bawal (Haryana)

Brief about the role :

- Should be Post Graduate in Industrial Relations or Personnel Management with Labour Laws knowledge

- Should have handled Union and labour cases

- Should have handled big manpower strength (white and blue collar)

- Strong knowledge about labour laws and functionalities of IR

Brief about the role :

- Liasioning with govt. departments.

- Contract Labour Management

- Maintaining & Updating all statutory compliances.

- Submission of all statutory returns.

- All Govt. Inspection and Audit.

- Creating Payroll.

- Manage attendance, absenteeism of company staff.

- Maintain leave records i.e. CL, SL, and PL/EL.

- Issue I Card/Punching Card, Leave Card etc.

- Do Full & Final settlement of resigned employees.

- Issue Offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, salary slip, ID Cards and termination letter of employees.

- Maintained the database of Employees.

- Supervising Canteen and other Welfare activities.

- Query Handling/ Resolution of Grievance

- Regularly monitoring, generating MIS.

- To keep the smooth relations with unions

- Take the regular meeting of the Works committee Negotiations while Agreement.

- To keep industrial Disciplines

- Issue the letters to late coming, absenteeism, suspension etc,

- To handle legal issues.

- Handling statutory compliance (ESIC/PF).

- Prepare monthly challan of ESIC and PF.

- Prepare Yearly Return of Contribution of PF and Half Yearly Return of Contribution of ESIC.

- Dealing with other legal activities and contact with legal adviser.

- Manage attendance, leaves, absenteeism of company staff.

- Maintained the records of Joined, Resigned & Attrited Employees.

- Do Full & Final settlement of resigned employees.
