Manager/Senior Manager - Industrial Relation & Employee Relation - Manufacturing/Auto (6-15 yrs)
- Handle the ER and IR responsibility from the corp office
- Design policies and framework and work with the IR heads of all units and businesses to implement the same
- Support all Union activities with the IR heads of respective businesses
- Ensure the long-term settlement guidelines released by corporate office is adhered to by all units
- Meeting with Labour commissioner
- Representing IR and ER groups
- Will be the subject matter expert for ER, IR, and legal issues
- Regularly study govt guidelines or any changes
- Advising Businesses on pending Labour Matters before various Authorities
