Role: Manager/Sr Manager

Skill: Hybris

Minimum Skill Requirement:

- Minimum 16 yrs of total exp, with at least 8 in Springs+j2ee and 4 in Hybris should have lead large projects/engagements for 3-4 years or 3-4 Projects/Engagements.

- 7-10 years of eCommerce experience with at least 2+ years in Hybris and other eCommerce Platforms for rest of the years.

- Should have Lead a very large implementation at least 2 end to end Hybris implementation with Project Team size of over 15+

- Should have min 4-5 yrs of experience as Hybris /eCommerce Architect delivering /solution's complex eCommerce

- Should be well versed with other eCommerce platform such as IBM WCS, Hybris, alteast functional knowledge.

- Exposure to modules like Hybris CockPit, CRS, HMC, B2B and B2C, Multichannel, MultiSiteo

- At least knows 2 versions of Hybris 4.x /5.x and has worked with one migration project.

- Knowledge of other products in Hybris, Report/Print, Hybris Data load.

- Knowledge of some of the main integration with Hybris with SAP/ERP

- Knowledge of web services and the ones exposed by Hybris as a service.

- Overall 2-3 e2e project delivery exp in Hybris.

- Exposure to overall architecture of applications and main architectural decision taken, infrastructure relates decisions and clustered environments.

- Knowledge about estimations/response handling on opportunities.

Good to Have:

- Knowledge of other eCommerce platforms like ATG, WCS a plus.

- Exposure to preparing high level architecture for development and production environments for eCommerce projects.

- Understanding of Hybris managed delivery concepts a plus.
