Client is looking to hire a senior HR manager for its rapidly growing team in Gurugram, India and will be required to support during US working hours (9.30 PM IST to 06.30 AM IST)
- The ideal candidate is the one who has proven expertise in the field of Human Resource Management specifically in a IT solutions staffing organization.
- You will have 5-10+ years of experience with majority being in practicing and implementing HR policies and procedures in the company with focus on implementing HR policies in Employee Relations, Performance Management, Employment Law & compliance, Comp & Benefits & HR systems management, and training (in coordination with L&D).
- You will be brining industry's best practices to Client to help with employee engagement and HR compliance in the organization and streamline onboarding/offboarding and other processes.
- You will be required to build a seasoned HR team in India to support the growth of the organization.
- This role will have solid line reporting to SVP-HR for all HR initiatives and outcome and local day-to-day reporting to Director - India Operations.
Job description:
1. HR processes and policies
1. Support the business needs by creating and monitoring the local HR processes and policies
2. Training and development processes in coordination with L&D
3. Ensure proper compliance with applicable labor law
4. Manage the HR budget
2. Compensation and Performance Management
1. Ensure proper channel & work with Finance to run payroll
2. Implement compensation guidelines, salary review and performance bonus policies as per industry standards; Follow the proper performance appraisal and performance management processes
3. Employee Engagement
1. Run Employee Engagement Survey and coordinate with US HR team to standardize the process;
2. Organize EE activities & events in the local office and create a culture of employee participation
Qualification & Experience required:
- Graduate/Postgraduate preferably in HRM preferred
- 8-10+ years of experience in same/similar field within staffing solutions company in India
- Availability to join - ASAP (30-45 days)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Advanced knowledge/experience on Excel & PPT
- Experience running market surveys
