- Will be responsible for the onboarding of new hired

- Will conduct & organize Induction & Orientation

- Liaison between employees and employers

- Will be responsible for Employee engagement activities & training & development of employees

- Handling employee grievances

- Will be conducting one on one meetings & feedback sessions with employees on a regular basis

- Maintaining all sorts of employee databases- joining, leave management, attendance etc

- Should be well versed with Kannada & English language
