Manager/Senior Manager - Human Resources - Healthcare (10-16 yrs)

1. To facilitate the Unit to identify the needs, analyze the requirements for the range of functions like manpower, Statutory and PMS and propose a budget as per the Operations/business in order to seek budgetary approval and managing the recruitment function to ensure the positions are closed and the gaps do not impact the operational efficiency.

2. Ensuring that policies and employee relations are taken care by the team and monitoring the employee details and ensuring that the team validates the same accuracy to process error-free Salary processing of employees.

3. Enabling goal setting and differentiating performance amongst employees and recognizing them accordingly, assessing and reviewing the same in consultation with the Unit Head and reporting manager.

4. To ensure that all statutory laws related to labor are compiled in order to build the image of the unit and ensuring statutory benefits to the employees and also ensure the performance of HR activities are in compliance with the norms and standards developed from the HR Audits on the periodic basis in order to increase HR efficiency.

5. Monitoring the MIS and analyze the data and presenting the same to Senior Management on a periodic basis to identify the deviations and accordingly execute precautionary/remedial steps if any.

6. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

7. Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.

8. Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures from time to time.

9. Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.

10. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

11. Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

12. To motivate employees to excel in their performance, for their extra initiatives taken and going beyond their call of duty and showing excellent patient services and display positive attitude and behavior, hereby setting an example to others.

13. Designing & developing HR processes to enhance performance

14. Identifying and implementing various HR initiatives for improving efficiency and achieving organizational and HR Objectives.

15. Budgets relating to the Human Resource function- Preparation, monitoring & control

16. Building a performance culture and developing and initiating performance management processes that confirms to the organizational values.

17. Ensuring compliance to quality standards & parameters

18. Responsible for Management Information System

19. Leading, directing, motivating and developing the assigned Human Resources Team to ensure that the right level of service and support is provided to the Business.

Qualification and Experience:

1. MBA/PGD in Human Resources

2. 10 to 16 years of Experience of which 2+ years should be in a leadership role managing teams
