Responsibilities :


1. Talent and capacity building of the organization [partner with business and be the brand ambassador of the company]

2. Manage the recruitment, selection and on-boarding process

3. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.

4. Create job descriptions, selection criteria and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.

5. Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.

6. Roll out joining documents - offer letter, appointment letter, etc.

7. Manage the basics of HR operations - Entry to Exit (Employee Lifecyle) and HR Compliances.

8. Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

9. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

10. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.

11. Recommend and implement employee R&R, benefits programs.

12. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

13. Able to prioritize and work on multiple tasks on the same day.
