We have an opening as a HR Manager/ Sr.HR Manager with one of our NBFC Client.

Job Experience Required :5+years

Job Location : Hyderabad

Job Description :

- Employees On-boarding

- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards organizational objectives.

- HR Induction

- Joining Formalities , policy development and documentation of the Employees

- Promotion/Transfer

- Preparing Organization MIS reports

- Handling employee database (both in soft form and files management)

- Leaves and attendance management.

- Handling the Payroll Management

- Employee Relations & Motivation Activity

- Employee counseling towards Handling grievances

- Role in employee engagement - winning the trust of the employee and hence can help the organization in controlling the attrition.

- Employee Recognition & Reward Activity

- Confirmations, performance appraisals Management & Statutory Compliance

- Health & Safety

- Exit Interview/Full & Final Settlements

- Compensation & Benefits management

- General Administration
