- Minimum 6 years of experience in Human Resource from manufacturing set up.
- Capable of interacting with Internal and external Business stakeholders.
- Responsible for HR BP + strategic projects / new initiatives.
- Experience in handling new projects or initiatives in HR at strategic level.
- The person would be required to partner with various business heads and CXO level members.
- Taking care of Performance management,Talent acquisition,training and development,employee engagement,handling employee grievance.
- PG degree in HR from a reputed college.
- Excellent in communication.
