- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes. - Review, edit and update Job Descriptions and the recruitment process. - Conducts and coordinates the recruitment/selection process including advertising position openings, screening applications, assist departments with scheduling testing, assessments, interviews. Notifies applicants of selection outcome, conducts employment reference checks and addresses concerns they may have about the selection process. - Will be responsible for the recruitment of manpower as per allocated annual HR recruitment plan. Manage the Recruitment process in order to support the recruitment of high caliber individuals that will enable the organization to meet its objectives. - Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training &amp; development - Strategic alignment on a business leader for capability building, retention, succession plan, etc. - Nurture a positive working environment - Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management - Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. - Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems - Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace - Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form - Identify training needs for teams and individuals - Evaluate training programs - Attends human-resource-related seminars and conferences, and reads industry journals and magazines to keep current on trends and legal requirements w.r.t statutory compliance under the labor laws. - Employee Engagement Activities. - Performs other duties pertaining to HR as assigned.
