Manager/Senior Manager - Human Consulting - Big4 (5-9 yrs)

Delhi NCR/Gurgaon/Gurugram/Mumbai Job Code: 907325

Primary Responsibility :

- Client service delivery/execution : (1) Execute projects, often supporting multiple clients (2) Assume near independent responsibility for smaller clients (3) Manage client counterparts (4) Provide guidance to other team members

 Support Business Development efforts :

(1) Support Partner / Sr. Manager in BD pursuits via proposal creation, demonstrating good understanding of sector and solution

(2) Working with Partner/ Sr. Manager to accompany in BD meeting in order to support business development efforts

Solution Expertise:

(1) Work on new solutions and POVs across talent, performance & organization design pillars

 Knowledge Management:

(1) Support knowledge sharing efforts and continually improve processes so that the work team can capture and leverage knowledge

 Network & Identify opportunities:

(1) Identify new opportunities for existing clients and communicate to the manager

(2) Network internally within the peer group and other levels in the firm, in order to gain understanding of issues that may impact clients

- Develop industry expertise: Develop good understanding of specific sectors/industries

Desired qualifications Engg and/or MBA/MA in HR: Preferably from a premier institution (XLRI, MDI, TISS, SIBM)

Consulting experience is preferred

Technical Skills required:

- Good understanding and experience in talent and performance management solution areas (leadership development, learning, competency mapping, assessments, KRA/KPI, performance management systems etc.)

- Exposure to organization design interventions

- Knowledge of organization and grade structuring principles

- Superior analytical/problem-solving skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity

- Demonstrated track record of creating high quality analysis and contribution to client engagements

- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in oral and written English

- Ability to build and develop internal and client relationships

- Well-developed time management skills - the ability to work to deadlines and to multitask is essential
