Candidates from HR domain with strong understanding of HR processes and hands-on implementation experience. Oracle experience would be preferable. OBJECTIVE: We are looking to have an engaged personnel who either have HR systems Implementation/support background or HR functional lead with system configuration background &amp; detailed HR process knowledge - SDLC &amp; ERP Implementation/Support background is preferable - Understanding of HR Business/Functional requirements(BRD/FRD); Working with Technical Implementation partners to achieve the same - Development - In line with Scope &amp; Functional requirement - .understand configuration vs. customization needs - Testing - understanding of test cases/scenarios &amp; their alignment with Functional requirement - Coordinate UAT &amp; report on issues identified; work with Implementation partner to resolve with timeline: Signoff on UAT, testing out scope needs to be called out - Run &amp; Maintain - Steadiness of the Live System; Set up L1 support (finding what the issue is, bifurcation functional/data vs. technical); Understand &amp; set up L2/L3 along with defined SLA - Change Management SME- Lead prioritization exercise with HR team &amp; IT partner - Stakeholder management, working knowledge of Escalation &amp; Communication matrix- .Business/IT/Vendor - Awareness of HRMS best industry practices - Conversant with Audits and Compliances - User Access Control/Audits/ Information Security - Ability to foresee and assist in designing scalable solutions - Vendor management &amp; Commercial negotiation skills
