Manager/Senior Manager - HR Technology - Aviation (6-12 yrs)
- The role holder will be responsible for the successful implementation, transition, maintenance and optimization of HR software/systems to meet current and future employee life cycle management requirements.
- In addition, the role holder will manage the overall HRIS platform including ATS, employee onboarding system, benefits administration, PMS, Payroll & LMS.
- The role holder will also be involved in people data analytics and developing reporting capabilities for HR function by ensuring all HR systems are adequately utilized to reduce manual reporting.
- The role holder should be capable of vendor assessment, negotiation and selection and further supervision for meeting SLAs, supervising internal captive/outsourced vendor management services.
