Manager/Senior Manager - HR Tech - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Qualifying criteria :
- Prior experience in implementing ZingHR MS would be preferred.
- B.E with MBA is preferred.
- Inclination to HR tech is preferred.
Core job responsibilities:
1. Will have to do implementation of zinghr
2. Responsible right from Design to implementation of HR system.
3. Testing of new functionalities, resolving technical bugs in coordination with Vendor.
4. Conducting training for Admin users.
5. Maintaining documents, preparing governance MIS etc., resolving user queries.
- 0 to 2 years Experience in HR Software testing, technical documentation, DFD (Data flow diagram), and SOP in project management have worked on various HRIS Projects Knowledge & Skills(Functional/Technical) of all HR processes,
- Exposure to IT infra components like Databases, servers, storage, software, Operating Systems etc., Software Testing, Software Documentation, etc.
- Experience with any applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment system or any other reputed HR application package will be an added advantage
- BE, B.Tech
- MBA in HR is a Must from the top 20 colleges in India
- Good Oral and Written Communication Interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Adapts to different working environments
- Project and team management skills.
