Duties and Responsibilities - Managing the whole HR Operation in Success factor (SAP) support mailbox queries and providing technical solutions to Local HR teams. - Designing and uploading LSMW for mass uploads around all aspects of employee data in Success factor i.e., Job changes, Performance review ratings, One time Payments, terminations, personal information, Hiring, Promotion, Onboarding etc. - Agile project Handling and Training team on new process in SuccessFactors and exploring Success factor new functionality on Payroll and Time management. New Policy drafting and streamline the process with policy. - Uploading Compensation date in SuccessFactors like Increment, Bonus and Salary changes for the year. - Member of the core committee to test new upgrades in Success factor and execute new functionality - Configuring the security access set up of a new hire and setting up their SAP and SuccessFactors account access. - Performing changes like group structures such as job codes, department set up, location, Home office, Operating office and supervisory organizations, Time management, OM, Payroll Support and Compensation etc - Good knowledge of report building in Success factor (customizations) and calculated fields
