- Policy formulation, process streamlined and audit.
- Conceptualize and execute the HR processes being followed company-wide.
- Work closely with the operations management to identify the employees issues and improvement required in order to make a good working environment.
- Suggest and implement changes aligned to business need.
- Conducting quarterly audit for HR process and making report of the same.
- Designed the campus & internship hiring process.
- Responsible for designing and deploying Talent Acquisition Strategy & Other HR processes to meet the talent growth need, across India and to develop the current HR processes into well-built HR functions.
- Leading internal audits for all HR processes and handling all external audits for HR Team
- Process Excellence : Reviewing and Revising HR SOPs and Policies on a regular basis as per the observations of audit and change processes as per the best practices.
- Drive all corporate HR Projects and functional Reviews on a regular basis.
- Documenting and Updating HR Policy.
