Detailed Job Description

- Lead a growing Human Resource operations team. Ensure highest levels of staff engagement

- Manage day to day operation of the HR operations (involving multiple centers)

- Drive HR operations for payroll, leave, attendance, onboarding, exit management, benefits administration, HR analytics and budgets

- Efficiently managing the employee onboarding process including coordinating with different support functions

- Support the periodic performance management activities

- Lead HR Automation initiatives and building HR tools

- Lead the assessments practice, program manage key assessment interventions such as the Performance Management Process

- Experience in statutory compliances

- Manage Employee grievance & conflicts

- Control and administer the recruitment process for senior management appointments

- Managing smooth Exit process in terms of completion of the full and final

Desired Profile

- Post-Graduation (in HR/IR)

- 8-10 Years of experience. (Should be relevant to job role)

- Candidates from retail or hospital sector will be preferred
