Manager/Senior Manager - HR Operations - Manufacturing (15-20 yrs)
Position: Manager/ Sr Manager-HR Operations (Leading MNC Manufacturing Co)
Role :
- Managing the payroll function, ensure error free payroll and retiral benefits management
- Manage Human Resource Information System and MIS
- Lead the statutory compliance function pan india
- Responsible for HR Policy & Administration
- Compensation and Benefits Administration
- Ensuring proactive and on-time reportings both locally and globally
- Coordinating on Legal/ IR issues relating to manufacturing sites
- Manage general office administration in offices pan India
Requirements :
- MBA (HR)/ PG in Labour Studies with 15+ yrs of experience in HR operations in a manufacturing company
- Experience in Payroll & Statutory Compliance and HR Policy and Benefits Administration
- Experience in payroll audits/ statutory compliance audits
- Experience in Compensation and Benefits Administration
- Experience in managing HRIS and MIS
- Experience in handling Performance Appraisal and Management Process will be an added advantage
- Experience in managing joining and exit formalities
- Experience in HR Process Improvement & HR Automation
- Experience in handing administrative jobs
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to handle with maturity HR operations related employee grievances
