Manager/Senior Manager - HR Operations - Investment Management Firm

We are working on a Manager / Sr. Manager HR Operations role based with a large MNC Investment Management Company in Mumbai. 

- Managing the entire HR Operations from an employee life cycle perspective

- Leading the HR Operations from a day to day stand point, managing all HRMS teams, processes and policies

- Supporting all corporate & site employees and ensuring smooth day to day business functioning

- Manage end to end life-cycle of the employees

- Responsible for ensuring smooth on boarding of the employees across the regions

- Responsible for conducting Background Verification of the new joiners.

- Vendor Management

- Responsible for managing backend activities.

- MIS, Compensation & Benefits, Statutory Compliance.
