- Manage entire employee lifecycle, ensuring that the end to end HR processes support a positive employee experience at all times.
- Managing all aspects of HR Operations including employee documentation, on-boarding and off-boarding, Mediclaim, Expense & Travel, PIP, Probation/Confirmation, Flexi Benefit Plan and HR audits
- Processing monthly employee payroll with the support of the payroll subject matter expert
- Query resolution
- MIS reporting - Maintain and provide accurate HR reports as and when required
- Manage & supervise employee documentation including the statutory documents
- Following existing HR processes accurately and challenging these for ongoing efficiencies
- Vendor Management, co-ordination for inputs, monthly invoice, reports etc.
- Manage the HR Information System (HRIS) under guidance of the HR Manager to ensure timely and accurate updation of employee data
- Updating and maintaining HR systems, records and reports with accurate employee data
- Supporting HR priority projects with any administrative activity
- Processing changes to employee's circumstances, including preparing accurate and effective documentation/communication and updating relevant databases
